RUGIRA ROMAIN, holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic sciences & Management: Majoring in Management from Kigali Independent University.
Currently serving as Finance team leader in SEGRA-MINING Company Ltd and is In charge to:
– Develop performance measure that support company strategic direction.
– Manage the overall company budgets and processes and establishing guidelines for budget & forecast preparation
He previously worked in Access Bank Rwanda Ltd as Team leader in Personal & Business Banking (PBB),
He has in depth strategic management and operational experience with over 9 years of experience in financial institutions.
Prior to his previous position, Mr. RUGIRA ROMAIN, was RM (relationship manager) in corporate banking or IBG/Institution banking
He also worked as BM(Branch Manager) and was involved to develop and implement a business unit plan that facilitate the delivery of quality products & excellent customer service delivery across the bank’s branch network including cash centers & implant service.
